As a licensed professional counselor, I use a variety of techniques to best support you in meeting your goals. To better manage stress and anxiety, I will teach you grounding and mindfulness skills, help you gain a better understanding of how your nervous system works, and assist you in identifying limiting beliefs and reframing them in a more helpful and realistic way.
