FAQs

Who do you help?

1

Finding the right fit with your therapist is a crucial part of the process. Typically, clients seen here are young adults ages 18-25, and adults ages 26+. Common issues include anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, religious deconstruction, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, PMDD, LGBTQ+ issues, Women’s issues, and Grief. Please feel free to reach out for a free consultation even if you have other areas of concern. I’m happy to help you find the best clinician for your needs, even if we aren’t the right fit!

What can I expect during the first appointment?

2

In the first appointment, we will review intake paperwork and answer any questions you may have about the practice policies. We will also go over confidentiality, what this means, and my limits to it. Then we will slow it all down and you get to tell me your story. This includes who you are, your history, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve during our time together.

Do you accept insurance?

3

I do not accept any form of insurance. However, I am happy to provide you with a super bill at the end of every month that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you offer appointments in-person or online?

4

I offer both in-person and online appointments. Having the flexibility to attend therapy in a way that works best for you can help maintain consistency in treatment. Need to make a last minute adjustment to attend virtually? No problem! Just let me know up to the start of your appointment time.
